About these terms
These subscription terms and conditions govern the purchase, recurring billing, provision, and cancellation of paid membership plans on the FolkHub platform.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The FolkHub platform (accessible at folkhub.lt) provides performers with the ability to create public profiles, showcase their repertoire, upload photos and videos, and receive direct inquiries and bookings from visitors.
1.2. By purchasing a paid membership plan, the User (performer) confirms having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
2. Membership Plans & Pricing
2.1. FolkHub offers three membership plans (Free, Basic, Pro):
- Free Plan: Starter profile, 0.00 € / month. No recurring fees apply.
- Paid Plans (Basic and Pro): Extended profile functionality, additional photos and videos, priority catalog placement, and direct contact options for event organizers. Exact pricing and billing frequency (monthly or annually) are clearly displayed during checkout.
2.2. All prices are listed in Euros (€) including applicable taxes.
3. Recurring Billing (Automatic Renewal)
3.1. Paid memberships are subject to automatic recurring billing (subscription). Upon expiration of the paid period (monthly or annual), the membership renews automatically for the same period, debiting the subscription fee from the selected payment method.
3.2. Initial payment is processed at checkout. Subsequent recurring payments occur automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until cancelled by the User.
4. Cancellation and Termination
4.1. Users can cancel their subscription at any time without additional fees or penalties.
4.2. How to cancel:
- Log in to your account at folkhub.lt/membership-account/.
- Under “My Memberships”, click “Cancel” (or visit the direct cancellation page: folkhub.lt/membership-account/membership-cancel/).
- Confirm cancellation by clicking “Yes, cancel this subscription”.
4.3. You may also request cancellation by contacting support at TheFolkHub@gmail.com.
4.4. Upon cancellation:
- Automatic billing stops immediately.
- Your profile, reviews, and uploaded content are NOT deleted. When the paid period ends, your profile seamlessly converts to the Free plan.
- You may reactivate your membership at any time with one click.
